Victory Voices Gospel Choir is a soul-stirring, joy-filled choir based in Kamloops, BC, founded by vocalist, educator, and choir director Sabrina Weeks, in partnership with her husband and guitarist Mike Hilliard. Backed by a dynamic live band and a growing team of passionate singers from many different churches and walks of life, Victory Voices is part of a rising movement to bring Gospel music back to the heart of our culture—boldly, publicly, and unapologetically.

The choir was born during a time of deep personal struggle. After Sabrina received a stage 4 ovarian cancer diagnosis, the prognosis was grim. But in the middle of fear and pain, God gave her a vision: a large outdoor stage, a Gospel choir in burgundy robes swaying and singing with joy, musicians behind them, and a crowd of thousands watching, moved by the message of hope. That vision became a lifeline—a promise that God wasn’t finished yet. And it became the foundation of Victory Voices.

In May 2025, the choir held its sold-out debut concert, captivating the audience with powerful harmonies, heartfelt testimonies, and unshakable joy. Shortly after, they stepped into local history as the only Gospel act to appear on the Music in the Park stage in 2025—reintroducing Gospel to a platform where it hadn’t been heard in many years. It was a powerful moment—not just for the choir, but for the city.

Victory Voices exists to do more than perform—it exists to proclaim. To declare healing. To stir faith. To remind people that no matter what they’ve been through, there is still victory in Jesus.
